Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I understand that life happens and schedules change; however, because this time is dedicated entirely to your care, I kindly require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service fee.No-shows (missing an appointment without any prior notice) will also be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

Massage therapy is strictly non-sexual and therapeutic. I maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of sexual harassment, inappropriate comments, jokes, or suggestive behavior.

If any behavior or language occurs that compromises my safety, comfort, or professional boundaries: The session will be terminated immediately. The client will be required to leave the premises. The full amount of the scheduled service will be charged, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. The client will be permanently banned from booking future appointments, and local law enforcement will be notified if necessary.
